The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch and send us a photo of the damaged item within a week’s time!
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Ameli Urban Style works with different product suppliers, because of this, it is possible that if you make a purchase of more than one product not all will arrive together.
We provide tracking information
Ameli Urban Style will always provide you with a tracking number so you can know where your purchase is at all times. For your peace of mind and ours.
You can track your purchase from the My Account Page and in the tracking page of the menu.
If for some reason in your account page in the Orders section the information is not shown or is not updated, we ask you to send us a query from the form on the site.
The tracking page says “no information available at this time”.
For some couriers, the tracking information takes 2-5 business days to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my purchased items be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in a single purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
